The Brain Science Training Program is a two-semester lecture series held from October through June.

It consists of 24 lectures, each delivered by a different RIKEN CBS principal investigator, along with two journal club presentations and two oral exams—one at the end of each semester.

This program is designed for students with a strong interest in becoming neuroscientists.

While it primarily targets early-stage graduate students, applications are also welcome from advanced graduate and undergraduate students.

Neuroscience draws on a wide range of disciplines, from molecular biology and mathematics to ethology.

The Brain Science Training Program takes full advantage of the rich diversity of research at CBS and offers a systematic overview of neuroscience.

Through this program, we hope to contribute to the development of the next generation of neuroscientists.
